Digitalization in every aspect of life is an inevitable change, including in the media and advertising industry, which is experiencing demands every day to create new breakthroughs that fit today's world. The COVID-19 pandemic is changing the new global media landscape, namely digital. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques in this study are online observation and direct observation. The results of the study found that businesspeople can promote products and services through several digital platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other internet-based new media, thus expanding the reach of promotion. Digitalization of audio-visual content is able to shift traditional tv advertising to new media platforms.
